massage_chairTouch: Caring & Cancer, Simple Instructions for Family & Friends

This class will provide gentle massage instruction for caregivers and their guests and will include an instructional video demonstrating the techniques and set-up options for the home environment.

January 14, 2012 (snow date: January 21, 2012)
1:00 to 3:30 pm

Techniques will be demonstrated and practiced and we will answer all your questions. You will need to bring 3 bed pillows, 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels and a light blanket, your favorite lotion or cream and your caring touch. Light refreshments will be provided. Please have your guest wear comfortable, loose clothing. Please refrain from using perfumes or other fragrances due to chemical sensitivities.

Fee: $50 includes a professional DVD & handbook, 1 hour practice session and Q&A period. Your deposit of $25 reserves your place in the class. Class size is limited to 8 sets. Two caregivers are welcomed to attend without a "guest" and may practice on each other. Mail deposit checks to Therapy Designed for You, PO Box 10367, Bedford, NH 03110 or call with your credit card. Cancellation after 1/11 for the 1/14 class will forfeit deposit.
