Who we are
OUR ASSOCIATES Jeanie Gorski, LMT, NCMT
Jeanie is experienced in considering all aspects of a client’s lifestyle and the impact on muscle health. She works closely with her clients on self-care treatment and largely attributes the success of her practice to word-of-mouth referrals. Jeanie is currently the Newsletter Editor for the American Massage Therapy Association-NH Chapter. Due to her excellent work, she was awarded the AMTA 2009 Meritorious Award, the highest award available for a chapter to bestow on a volunteer member and will receive formal recognition at the September 2009 AMTA National Convention in Orlando, FL. In her private life, Jeanie volunteers as a Big Sister with the Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Manchester Chapter and serves as Auction Chair with her husband, Ted, for the Chernobyl Children Project USA annual auction. She graduated in 1998 from Saint Peters College magna cum laude and enjoys live theatre, opera, reading, bike riding and learning new things. Eventually, she will learn a second language, refinish furniture and travel the world working on projects of sustainability. Diane Rondeau, LMT
Due to the holistic nature of her practice, Diane chooses continuing education that focuses on honing her assessment and treatment skills towards helping clients achieve optimal tension relief and overall wellness. While all massage treatments are therapeutic to some degree, a clinical approach which incorporates assessment, treatment plan and achieving goals helps you identify sources of your muscular problems, educates you on self-care to enhance the release achieved in treatment. Diane provides corporate clients with on-site massage treatments. These brief treatments (15 to 30 minutes) reduce the effects of job stresses (physical and mental) on the body. Employees report a better ability to focus on their jobs after treatment. Research shows that wellness programs enhance employee morale, improve attendance records, decrease on-the-job injuries and generally reduce related costs. Diane completed intense muscular therapy training at Seacoast Career Schools in Manchester, NH in November 2008. At that time, Diane provided treatment to clients in the school clinic and in private massage practice sessions and at multiple athletic events, including the Boston Marathon and MS Bike-A-Thon. In her spare time she enjoys time with her husband and two children. Diane enjoys hiking, biking and running road races. She set personal records recently running in the Manchester City Half-Marathon 2008 and Disney World Half Marathon 2008. Jill Russell, LMT, NCMT The human body has an innate capacity to heal. Therapist Jill M. Russell provides you with tools and treatment which support and speed the natural healing process. She listens to understand your wellness goals and works with you to establish individual treatment plans. Through Therapy Designed for You, Jill provides corporate clients with on-site massage treatments. These brief treatments (15 to 30 minutes) reduce the effects of job stresses (physical and mental) on the body. Employees report a better ability to focus on their jobs after treatment. Using deep structural work, trigger point therapy and teaching practical self-care techniques, you often experience an improved quality of life with less pain, more flexibility, more energy and a better outlook. Jill is a true partner–helping you meet your personal wellness goals. Jill earned her NH Massage License under the guidance of the Robert F. Adams at New Hampshire Community Technical College in Nashua. Since graduating, Jill has gained experience in clinical settings and provided treatment at multiple athletic events, including the Boston Marathon.
